Type specimen: KU 11659, a partial skull (Skull lacking lower jaw). Its type locality is Sage Creek locality, Univ. Kansas party, limestone layer, which is in a Carnian terrestrial limestone in the Popo Agie Formation of Wyoming.

Ecology: carnivore

Distribution: found only at Sage Creek locality, Univ. Kansas party, limestone layer
