Type specimen: QMF16856 (formerly AR 14170), a partial skull (posterior portion of a skull). Its type locality is Ringtail Site, which is in a Langhian/Serravallian fluvial horizon in Australia.

Ecology: carnivore

Distribution: found only at Ringtail Site
