Type specimen: HGM 41HIII- 305A, a skeleton (Complete skull and postcranium). Its type locality is Chaoyang pterosaurs (PROXY), which is in an Aptian lacustrine horizon in the Jiufotang Formation of China.

Ecology: volant piscivore

Distribution: found only at Chaoyang pterosaurs (PROXY)
