Type specimen: TMM 31025-263, a limb element (Humerus). Its type locality is Otis Chalk Quarry 1, SMU Loc. 122, TMM 31025, which is in a Carnian/Norian crevasse splay mudstone/mudstone in the Colorado City Formation of Texas.
