Type specimen: PIN 4546/18, a partial skull (left quadratojugal). Its type locality is Obirkovo, which is in a Severodvinian/Vyatkian terrestrial conglomerate in the Salarevo Formation of the Russian Federation.
Ecology: planktonic herbivore
Distribution: found only at Obirkovo
