Type specimen: CAGS02-IG-gausa-1/DM 607, a skeleton. Its type locality is Dawangzhangzi, which is in a Barremian/Aptian lacustrine shale in the Yixian Formation of China.
Ecology: ground dwelling carnivore
Distribution: found only at Dawangzhangzi
