Type specimen: USNM 307194. Its type locality is Queen Charlotte Islands, B.C., Maude Formation (Locality 534), which is in a Pliensbachian marine lime mudstone in the Maude Formation of Canada.

Ecology: passively mobile planktonic omnivore

• Jurassic of Argentina (1 collection), Canada (53: British Columbia), Peru (1), Turkey (4)
