- Zaglossus robusta: Its type locality is Canadian Lead, Gulgong, which is in a Pliocene terrestrial horizon in Australia
- Ornithorhynchus maximus: type in the Mining and Geological Museum, Sydney, a limb element (right humerus).
- Zaglossus harrissoni: Its type locality is King Island, which is in a Pleistocene terrestrial horizon in Australia.
