Type specimen: NIGP 44604. Its type locality is Dongwuli section, Bed 16, Lijia, Jiande County, which is in a Wordian coastal mudstone in the Dingjiashan Formation of China.

Ecology: fast-moving nektonic carnivore

Average measurements (in mm): shell diameter 16.8

Distribution: found only at Dongwuli section, Bed 16, Lijia, Jiande County
