Type specimen: UC Boulder BP 4b, an exoskeleton (Whole insect). Its type locality is Brick Pit, Spokane, which is in a Langhian lacustrine - small mudstone in the Latah Formation of Washington.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Brick Pit, Spokane
