Type specimen: PIN 1631/206, a forewing. Its type locality is Bol'shezemel'skaya tundra, Chernyshev Range, Adz'va River, which is in a Kungurian terrestrial siliciclastic in the Lek-Vorkuta Formation of the Russian Federation.

Distribution: found only at Bol'shezemel'skaya tundra, Chernyshev Range, Adz'va River
