Type specimen: IVPP V16859, an egg. Its type locality is Tiansi village, Tiantai, which is in a Cenomanian/Turonian terrestrial horizon in the Chichengshan Formation of China.
Ecology: ground dwelling herbivore
Distribution: found only at Tiansi village, Tiantai
