Type specimen: SMM P67.15.3, a skull (Nearly complete skull lacking the lower jaws). Its type locality is SMM (T.21, R.9, W4), which is in a Campanian terrestrial horizon in the Dinosaur Park Formation of Canada.

Distribution: found only at SMM (T.21, R.9, W4)
