Type specimen: HGM 41HIII-0201, a partial skull. Its type locality is Songgou, Zhangying, which is in a Coniacian/Campanian terrestrial siliciclastic in the Majiacun Formation of China.

Ecology: ground dwelling carnivore-omnivore

Distribution: found only at Songgou, Zhangying
