Sister taxon: Shangraoceras falcoplicatum

Type specimen: NIGP 44554. Its type locality is Huangniwu, Pengjia Mb, Caijia, Shangrao County, which is in a Wordian marine siliciclastic in the Hutang Formation of China.

Ecology: fast-moving nektonic carnivore

Distribution:
