Type specimen: NIGP 44580. Its type locality is Tongguan West, Lower Dingjiashan Fm, Jiande County, which is in a Roadian marine siliciclastic in the Dingjiashan Formation of China.
Ecology: fast-moving nektonic carnivore
Distribution: found only at Tongguan West, Lower Dingjiashan Fm, Jiande County
