Type specimen: NIGP 44620. Its type locality is Dongwuli section, Bed 16, Lijia, Jiande County, which is in a Wordian coastal mudstone in the Dingjiashan Formation of China.
Ecology: nektonic carnivore
Distribution: found only at Dongwuli section, Bed 16, Lijia, Jiande County
