Sister taxon: Kerosargus argus

Type specimen: NIGP DHG200763, an exoskeleton (Male complete body). Its type locality is Daohugou (NIGP 2007 collection), which is in a Callovian/Oxfordian lacustrine - large shale in the Daohugou Formation of China.

Ecology:

Distribution: found only at Daohugou (NIGP 2007 collection)
