Type specimen: CNU-NEU-NN2010204-1 and 2, an exoskeleton (L fore and hindwing, R forewing). Its type locality is Daohugou (CNU 2010 collection), which is in a Callovian/Oxfordian lacustrine - large shale in the Daohugou Formation of China.

Ecology:

Distribution: found only at Daohugou (CNU 2010 collection)
