Type specimen: NIGP 33930. Its type locality is Sancha River east IX P23F12-7, Dengke County, which is in a Wordian/Capitanian marine limestone in the Maokou Formation of China.
Ecology: nektonic carnivore
Distribution: found only at Sancha River east IX P23F12-7, Dengke County
