Sister taxa: Uralioma maxima, Uralioma thuringiensis
Type specimen: PIN 1700/3929, an exoskeleton (head, pronotum, thorax, forewing, two legs). Its type locality is Chekarda, Sylva River (PIN collection 1700), which is in a Kungurian deltaic siliciclastic in the Koshelevka Formation of the Russian Federation.
