Sister taxa: Pseudodanubites dixiensis, Pseudodanubites dritarashtra, Pseudodanubites halli
Type specimen: USNM 427248, a shell. Its type locality is North Humboldt Range HB 30, Humboldt Mountains, which is in a Pelsonian marine limestone in the Favret Formation of Nevada.
Ecology: nektonic carnivore
