Type specimen: GSC 18307, a cephalon/head (cranidium). Its type locality is Table Point, "Middle Table Head", 90 feet, which is in a Chazyan slope limestone in the Table Cove Formation of Canada.

Ecology: nektobenthic carnivore

Distribution:

• Ordovician of Canada (2: Newfoundland and Labrador collections)

• Whiterockian of Canada (2: Newfoundland and Labrador)

Total: 4 collections each including a single occurrence
