Type specimen: GSC 18339, a cephalon/head (cranidium). Its type locality is Table Point, "Middle Table Head", 190 feet, which is in a Whiterockian slope limestone/shale in the Table Cove Formation of Canada.

Ecology: nektobenthic carnivore

Distribution: found only at Table Point, "Middle Table Head", 190 feet
