Type specimen: PIN, no. 5028/2, a partial skull (brain mold with skull fragments). Its type locality is Melovatka 3, which is in a Cenomanian marine phosphorite/sandstone in the Melovatka Formation of the Russian Federation.
Ecology: ground dwelling carnivore
Distribution: found only at Melovatka 3
