Type specimen: GMC LB92020, an exoskeleton (Rather complete female adult, missing head and some of thorax with all four wings outspread but no complete). Its type locality is Near Chaomidian Village (GMC Beijing coll), which is in a Barremian lacustrine - large mudstone in the Yixian Formation of China.

Ecology: fast-moving volant carnivore-insectivore

Distribution: found only at Near Chaomidian Village (GMC Beijing coll)
