Type specimen: SUI 100119, a cephalon/head (cranidium). Its type locality is LDNS 22.5, Lava Dam North, which is in a Skullrockian shallow subtidal horizon in the House Formation of Utah.

Ecology: fast-moving low-level epifaunal deposit feeder

Distribution: found only at LDNS 22.5, Lava Dam North
