Type specimen: Australian Museum F.30970, a forewing (partial forewing). Its type locality is Beacon Hill Quarry (AM collection), which is in an Anisian lacustrine - small shale in the Hawkesbury Sandstone Formation of Australia.

Ecology: fast-moving ground dwelling grazer-herbivore

Distribution: found only at Beacon Hill Quarry (AM collection)
