Type specimen: BL92086/7, an exoskeleton (complete beetle). Its type locality is Chongqing Reservoir, west hills, Beijing, which is in an Aptian lacustrine mudstone in the Lushangfen Formation of China.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Chongqing Reservoir, west hills, Beijing
