Type specimen: IGPS 103135. Its type locality is Kurosawa B-1, which is in a Capitanian deep-water mudstone in the Ochiai Formation of Japan.
Ecology: fast-moving nektonic carnivore

Distribution: found only at Kurosawa B-1
