Type specimen: MP ISEA I-F/MP/1488/14a/08, a forewing (basal part). Its type locality is Porąbka-Klimontów mine, Sosnowiec-Klimontów (ISEA collection), which is in a Westphalian A interdistributary bay mudstone in Poland.

Distribution: found only at Porąbka-Klimontów mine, Sosnowiec-Klimontów (ISEA collection)
