Type specimen: GSC 117159. Its type locality is GSC C-10460, Van Hauen Pass, Ellesmere Island (52.7 m), which is in a Capitanian carbonate limestone in the Degerbols Formation of Canada.

• Permian of Canada (4: Nunavut collections)
