Type specimen: GSC 85271. Its type locality is GSC 43287 (SE-157d-59), Telegraph Creek, Stikine, which is in a Sakmarian shallow subtidal limestone in Canada.

• Permian of Canada (2: British Columbia collections)

Total: 2 collections each including a single occurrence
