Sister taxa: Turgidiffia columellata, Turgidiffia completa
Type specimen: USNM 197479. Its type locality is USNM707b, Lenox Hills, Glass Mountains, which is in a Kungurian slope limestone in the Skinner Ranch Formation of Texas.
Ecology: stationary epifaunal suspension feeder
Distribution:
• Permian of United States (10: Texas collections)
Total: 10 collections each including a single occurrence
