Type specimen: Pl. 5, fig. 3; Pl. 6. Its type locality is Somssich-hegy, Villány, Pliensbachian faunal horizon, which is in a Jamesoni carbonate limestone in the Somssichhegy Formation of Hungary.

Ecology: fast-moving nektonic carnivore

Distribution: found only at Somssich-hegy, Villány, Pliensbachian faunal horizon
