Type specimen: PIN 2834/1574, a valve (Ventral valve). Its type locality is Faunov Creek 47-2, Zyryanka River, Kolyma Basin, which is in a Kungurian marine siltstone in the Ozerninskaya Formation of the Russian Federation.
