Type specimen: PIN N 4503/2, a wing. Its type locality is Schandelah, near Braunschweig (PIN Collection 4503), which is in a Toarcian offshore shale in the Posidonia Shale Formation of Germany.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Schandelah, near Braunschweig (PIN Collection 4503)
