Type specimen: YPM 5418, an exoskeleton (complete insect). Its type locality is Elmo, YPM 1921 collection, which is in an Artinskian pond limestone in the Wellington Formation of Kansas.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Elmo, YPM 1921 collection
