Type specimen: SAM-PK-K1325, a partial skull. Its type locality is farm Voyizane (SAM), which is in a Hettangian/Sinemurian terrestrial sandstone in the Elliot Formation of South Africa.

Ecology:

Distribution: found only at farm Voyizane (SAM)
