Type specimen: PIN 452/1, a hindwing (complete female hindwing). Its type locality is Stavropol (PIN collection 452), which is in a Miocene terrestrial horizon in the Russian Federation.
Ecology: fast-moving volant carnivore-insectivore
Distribution: found only at Stavropol (PIN collection 452)
