Type specimen: DPCU 25/1974, a wing (distal halves of fore and hindwings in position). Its type locality is Obora, southern edge of ravine, which is in an Asselian lacustrine - small shale in the Letovice Formation of the Czech Republic.

Distribution: found only at Obora, southern edge of ravine
