Type specimen: Divisão de Geologia e Mineralogia no. 552, a partial skeleton (Frontals, left dentary with teeth, right surangular, left pterygoid, left humerus and fragments). Its type locality is Price Quarry 1 (Caieira quarry), which is in a Maastrichtian fluvial sandstone in the Serra da Galga Formation of Brazil.

Ecology: ground dwelling omnivore

Distribution: found only at Price Quarry 1 (Caieira quarry)
