Type specimen: UANL-FCT-R27, a set of postcrania (Posterior half of axial skeleton with much of tail and left pelvic appendage (on the main part), and two partial sections of the tail (broken counterpart)). Its type locality is Vallecillo, which is in a Turonian offshore limestone in the Agua Nueva Formation of Mexico.

Distribution: found only at Vallecillo
