Sister taxon: Rhiphaeoceras venustum
Type specimen: PIN 626/107. Its type locality is Sholak-Say River, Aktobe Region, which is in a Sakmarian marine sandstone in Kazakhstan.
Ecology: nektobenthic carnivore
Average measurements (in mm): shell diameter 20.4
Distribution: found only at Sholak-Say River, Aktobe Region
