Type specimen: MAS-P/2 1, a set of limb elements (slab and counter-slab preserving a right foot, articulated with the distal end of the corresponding tibiotarsus). Its type locality is Abra El Zunchal (2nd quarry - siltstones), which is in a Campanian lacustrine siltstone in the Las Curtiembres Formation of Argentina.

Ecology: ground dwelling carnivore

Distribution: found only at Abra El Zunchal (2nd quarry - siltstones)
