Sister taxa: Metoedischia lusitanica, Metoedischia magnifica
Type specimen: PIN 2295/2, a forewing (small fragment). Its type locality is Tikhie Gory (PIN collection 2295), which is in a Roadian lagoonal claystone in the Baitugan Formation of the Russian Federation.
Ecology: fast-moving ground dwelling herbivore
Distribution: found only at Tikhie Gory (PIN collection 2295)
