Type specimen: WMf.N P.212999, a forewing. Its type locality is Hagen-Vorhalle quarry (Westfalisches Landesmuseum collection), which is in a Marsdenian estuary/bay shale/sandstone in Germany.

Distribution: found only at Hagen-Vorhalle quarry (Westfalisches Landesmuseum collection)
