Type specimen: BMB 018543(5), a forewing (left forewing). Its type locality is Durlston Bay, Swanage, Dorset (Mitchell coll), which is in a Berriasian peritidal limestone in the Lulworth Formation of the United Kingdom.

Distribution: found only at Durlston Bay, Swanage, Dorset (Mitchell coll)
