Sister taxa: Furvoneta domefacta, Furvoneta khasurtensis, Furvoneta lata, Furvoneta relicta, Furvoneta sobria, Furvoneta undina
Type specimen: PIN 4270/322, a nymph (nearly complete nymph). Its type locality is Shar-Teg, outcrop 443/1 (PIN collection 4270), which is in a Tithonian lacustrine - large mudstone in the Sharteg Formation of Mongolia.
