Type specimen: UF 114714, a partial skull (nearly complete dentition and associated maxillary and mandibular fragment). Its type locality is Trouing Jérémie no. 5, which is in a Holocene sinkhole horizon in Haiti.
Ecology: arboreal omnivore
Distribution: found only at Trouing Jérémie no. 5
